It didn’t take long for Katherine Roberts to pick the five yoga poses that offered the most benefit for women golfers.
Women, Roberts noted, tend to be more flexible than men but less strong. So a “yoga for golfers” tipsheet that might appear in, say, Golf Digest might not apply so deeply to women readers. In fact, flexibility exercises might only help us overswing and sway more than we already do. We’ve had enough golf lessons to know better.
